To get here
....
Head initially for KYLE OF LOCHALSH and cross the bridge
on to the Isle of Skye. Stay on the main road (still the
A87) and follow the signs for Portree. Just 2 miles outside
Portree there is a turn off to the right signed as BRAES.
Half a mile up this road turn right again signed BRAES.
3 miles on at the phone box is the turn off to CAMASTIANAVAIG;
turn right and follow the road down to the shore. The
Shieling is the first house on the right.

There are airports at Glasgow, Edinburgh,
Inverness and Aberdeen.
The train leaves Inverness several times a day for
Kyle of Lochalsh less than an hours leisurely drive
from the house.
Ferries journey to the Skye and the outer isles of
